Eligibility. This BRILLA MEDIA Jackpot Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is a closed Sweepstakes which will only accept entries from registered in-person attendees of the ANA Multicultural Marketing & Diversity Conference in Las Vegas on Nov 18-20, 2024 (the “Conference”).  In addition, all entries must be natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico, who are at least 21 years old at time of entry. Void outside the USA, in the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions. Those not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes include (i) Employees and contractors of Sponsor (defined below) and the Association of National Advertisers (“ANA”), (ii) legal affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, investors, divisions, suppliers, advertisers, and agents of Sponsor and ANA, (iii) vendors and exhibitors at the Conference, or (iv) immediate family members of any of the preceding categories. Sponsor may, at its discretion, request proof or affidavit of eligibility from any individual selected as a winner in order to determine eligibility and as a condition of prize award. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

Sponsorship. The Sweepstakes sponsor is Brilla Media Ventures, LLC (“Sponsor”), located at 2601 S Bayshore Drive, 18th Floor, Coconut Grove, FL 33133. Sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these Official Rules.

Entry Period. This Sweepstakes begins on November 18, 2024 at 12:01 AM (PST) and ends on November 19, 2024 at 11:59 PM (PST) (“Entry Period”).

How to Enter. During the Entry Period, scan the QR code that will be available at the 2024 ANA Multicultural Marketing & Diversity Conference, at the Brilla Media Exhibit Booth on Monday, November 18th and Tuesday, November 19th, and during the ANA Multicultural Excellence Awards Cocktail Reception on Tuesday, November 19, 2024.  The QR code will take you to the Brilla Media Jackpot Slot Machine (the “Jackpot Game”). Watch the Brilla Video and follow the instructions to electronically complete and submit the Sweepstakes entry form. You will be asked to provide basic contact information, including your name, Company name, Company email, and phone number. (NOTE: You must complete all required fields of the entry form with information that is valid on the date of the drawing to be eligible). This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the ANA. You understand you are providing your information to Sponsor and/or Administrator and not to ANA. All entries become the property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Personal information collected from entrants in the Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy, available for viewing at LINK.

No purchase necessary. No payment, entry fee, or other proof of purchase necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes or access the Jackpot Game.

Limitations on Entries.  LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER EMAIL ADDRESS. No third-party entry or entry through any sweepstakes service is permitted. Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage multiple or false entries, as determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Use of robotic entry devices is strictly prohibited. Entries are only open to registered in-person attendees of the Conference.

Prizes: Prizes will be awarded during the Entry Period. Each prize with average retail value (ARV), including shipping (if applicable) is included below. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted. Winner is responsible for federal, state, and local taxes, if applicable. Each prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor or Administrator. Winners shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prize after it has been delivered. LIMIT ONE PRIZE PER PERSON.

Eligible individuals may enter into the Sweepstakes by accessing the Jackpot Game according to the procedures set forth in the How to Enter section, above. After submitting the required information, winners will be declared from among eligible entries collected during the Entry Period according to random outcomes generated by the Jackpot Game. The Jackpot Game will randomly spin a series of images. Prizes will be awarded to entrants who draw three of the same image. Prizes will correspond to which images the entrant spins, as displayed within the Jackpot Game. The Jackpot Game will display the number of prizes still available to win. Entries must take place no later than 11:59 PM (PST) on November 19, 2024 at the Conference. The Sweepstakes will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Sweepstakes, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. If there is a dispute about the identity of an entrant, prize will be awarded to the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by the internet service provider responsible for the domain associated with the submitted email address. If winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with Sweepstakes rules, winner will be disqualified and the corresponding prize will return to the prize pool for other entrants to win. Winners will be notified either (a) within the Jackpot Game platform on their mobile devices or (b) on the device provided by Sponsor at its exhibit booth. Prizes will be awarded to winners at the Conference after winner has been notified and verified, at Sponsor’s discretion. Winners can pick up their prize at the Brilla Media Exhibit Booth, or by contacting a Brilla Media representative via email at Alex@brillamedia.com. If a winner does not claim his or her corresponding prize, then that prize will be forfeited and the corresponding prize will return to the prize pool for other entrants to win. Sponsor does not guarantee that all prizes will be awarded.

Odds. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements in the Sweepstakes.

General Terms and Limitations of Liability. By entering this Sweepstakes, you promise to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty, failed, garbled, or jumbled electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction, or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of the Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay or communications failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment or systems used in operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility of the Internet used for entry into or operation of the Sweepstakes; or (e) any other form of injury, damage or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the Sweepstakes. YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES.
