Children Under the Age of 13

  • We may use Google Analytics to collect information about usage of our Services, including but not limited to number and frequency of visitors to our Websites.   • If you send us an email that we reply to, or have subscribed to our newsletter or a similar service that allows us to send you emails, we may receive email activity data from your email provider and may share it with Intuit’s Mailchimp, our mailing list management provider. We use this data to understand and enhance our email communications and the Websites. If you do not want to receive email from us, you can unsubscribe by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email we send to you. Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies 

As you navigate through and interact with our Websites, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

  • Details of your visits to our Websites, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Websites.
  • Information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type.

It helps us to improve our Services and to deliver a better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to:

Accessing and Correcting Your Information

We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

Affiliate Marketing

We may offer affiliate links on our Websites, meaning that we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you from any products or services you may purchase via such links. Please review the terms of use, terms of sale, and privacy policies of any third-party website or application that you may access via affiliate links, as the operators of such platforms are responsible for their own collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

Your State Privacy Rights

We do not currently sell, rent, or lease data triggering any state’s opt-out requirements.

However, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Montana, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia provide (now or in the future) their state residents with rights to:

  • Confirm whether we process their personal information.
  • Access and delete certain personal information.
  • Correct inaccuracies in their personal information, taking into account the information’s nature processing purpose (excluding Iowa and Utah).

California Shine the Light Law

California Civil Code section 1798.83, known as the Shine the Light law, requires businesses that share California residents’ personal information with third parties to provide certain disclosures.

Please note that we do not disclose personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes.

Non-U.S. Users

The Services are intended for us by U.S. residents. If you are located outside of the United States, please note that the information you provide to us will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where laws regarding processing of Personally Identifiable Information may be different than the laws in your country.
